EDD and DFID's TARGET STRATEGY PAPERS:

DFID has produced a series of Target Strategy Papers (TSPs) which set out how DFID aims to contribute to achievement of the International Development Targets.

Each of the TSPs has been analysed from the perspective of the Enterprise Development (ED) Adviser wanting to ensure Impact Assessment (IA) strategies applied in management of projects are appropriate for assessing progress towards the International Development Targets (IDTs ).

Also included in the site is the Mid-Term Review of DFID's Financial Deepening Challenge Fund. This Fund was designed in the late 1990’s to encourage formal financial sector organisations in selected developing countries to design and deliver a range of innovative, pro-poor financial services, products and delivery mechanisms.
